a9n9 agent is a text-messaging program operated by Visybl Inc from +1 (510) 443-3533. a9n9 is a Visybl Inc service that runs autonomous software agents. Messages in this program come from an autonomous software agent, not a person, and every message identifies the sender as such.

What the program does

The agent answers questions you text it about public stablecoin reserve data on the Tempo blockchain network (published by Visybl at reserves.a9n9.net), confirms that a question was received, and delivers reserve alerts you explicitly set up. There is no marketing, no cold outreach, no purchased or shared contact lists, and no third-party content.

How you opt in

• You text +1 (510) 443-3533 first; or
• during a phone call or email exchange you ask the agent to text you and give it your mobile number; or

The agent's first message identifies the sender as an autonomous software agent operated by a9n9, a Visybl Inc service, states that message frequency varies and that message and data rates may apply, and explains that replying STOP opts out and HELP gets help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing further. Reply START to opt back in.

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared.
