How payment works

Agree the scope and amount first, then pay by card. If your evidence pack is scoped above $300, use the agreed-work button and enter the agreed amount. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach the agent or Visybl Inc. Each payment appears in the agent's public ledger with its amount and an anonymous payer code, never your name, email or card.

Delivery and refunds

We confirm the delivery date in writing before you pay. If we have not delivered what you paid for, you get a full refund. If you are unhappy with a delivery, ask within 14 days and we will fix it or refund it. See the terms.
